Identity Management Specialist

o A minimum of 2 years of operational and technical experience.
o Technical administration, Windows Server Operating systems.
o Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, PKI
o Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows PowerShell
o Microsoft certifications preferred
o Fluent English is a must, and other European Languages an advantage
o Solid Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Microsoft Entra ID working experience in medium-large size Enterprise environments.
o Microsoft certifications preferred.
o Enterprise experience with Windows Active Directory authentication technologies such as LDAP and LDAPS, and management of group policies.
o Working knowledge and hands-on experience of client/server architecture and data access using Windows-based and middleware technology.
o Knowledge of enterprise class systems and software such as Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, antivirus, Office 365, remote management and troubleshooting.
o Technical computer skills as well as good interpersonal, management and customer service skills including the ability to communicate technical concepts in a non-technical manner.
o Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems using a methodical systematic approach.
o Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation.
o Must be self-motivated with a strong ability to work both independently and with teams and managers
