Lead Sourcing Specialist 1 - Supplier Quality Engineering (M/Ž)

Kontakt: Alena Kovalová, e-mail: alena.kovalova1@avioaero.com ssential Responsibilities: Lead supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence. Track metrics & works quality improvement plans to address problem areas. Review and approve quality plans, investigate quality escapes to provide root cause analysis and ensure effective corrective actions are taken. Mentor suppliers in the application of quality tools & requirements Ensure compliance, and drive improvement plans where needed. Review documentation and witness supplier practices to determine if sound manufacturing and inspection principles are in place. Participate to Weekly review and Monthly operative review when it is needed. Qualifications/Requirements: Engineering Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college. Strong experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Shop Operations, Materials or Sourcing. Fluent in English. Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required. Desired Characteristics: Shop Floor Quality or Manufacturing experience. Basic understanding of Quality Management System (policies, procedures, and support tools / systems). Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. Ability to analyze and resolve problems. Highly collaborative, team-oriented individual. Lean Six Sigma trained.
